BREAKING: Mohamed Noor, ex-Minneapolis police officer who fatally shot woman who called 911, resentenced to less than 5 years in prison
A judge sentenced a former Minneapolis police officer to 57 months in prison on Thursday, a little more than four years after he fatally shot a 911 caller. Mohamed Noor had been convicted of third-degree murder for the slaying of Justine Ruszczyk Damond on July 15, 2017, before the state Supreme Court tossed that charge last month.
