Wetzel County woman indicted on drug charges 08/04/2021 12:00 AM EDT Kerry L. Sands, of New Martinsville, West Virginia, was indicted today on heroin and fentanyl charges, Acting United States Attorney Randolph J. Bernard announced. Sands, 37, was indicted on three counts of "Distribution of Heroin and Fentanyl" and one count of "Distribution of Fentanyl."
