Preston St., Suite 302, Baltimore, MD 21201 Description: The Office of the Attorney General is seeking applicants to serve as an Assistant Attorney General at the Maryland Department of Health.  The Assistant Attorney General will provide a wide variety of advice and litigation services for different entities of MDH.  Areas of focus for the position will include but may not be limited to: providing advice and serving as counsel to the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) handling state and federal court litigation, and administrative hearings.
