Family of missing North Carolina woman Kiara Wiggins hoping husband's arrest in connection to stealing a car will help lead to answers
Kiara Wiggins, 39, was last seen on June 9, 2021, at her home in Roseboro, North Carolina, that she shares with her husband, Carl Earl Wiggins. Earl Wiggins, who was wanted for questioning in her disappearance, was arrested for allegedly stealing an SUV in Bladen County on June 23, after leading authorities on a multi-county car chase. Kiara is still missing and officials say her husband has refused to cooperate with the investigation. The Sampson County Sheriff's Office is investigating.

USC-Columbia student remembered by family and friends on 20th anniversary of his disappearance
Shelton Sanders, 25, a USC-Columbia student, was last seen on the night of June 19, 2001. Shelton was reported missing on June 22. Shelton's remains have never been found. The family is offering a $25,000 reward for information that leads to the location of his remains. The Richland County Sheriff's Department is investigating.

Bill Cosby released after conviction overturned by Pa. Supreme Court
On Wednesday, Pennsylvania's high court vacated the conviction against Bill Cosby and ordered his release from prison after finding that he was denied protection against self-incrimination. Cosby was originally convicted of aggravated indecent assault in 2018 and was serving a 3 to 10-year sentence. The state Supreme Court said Cosby cannot be retried in connection with the alleged crime.
