Bernard announced. Grant County man sentenced for meth distribution 06/02/2021 12:00 AM EDT ELKINS, WEST VIRGINIA – Lawrence Allen Keplinger, of Lahmansville, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 136 months incarceration for methamphetamine distribution, Acting U.S. Attorney Randolph J. Bernard announced. North Carolina man sentenced for ginseng violation 06/02/2021 12:00 AM EDT ELKINS, WEST VIRGINIA – David Changhyub Lee, of Raleigh, North Carolina, was sentenced today to one year probation and a fine of $4,250 for aiding and abetting the illegal transportation of ginseng across state lines, Acting U.S. Attorney Randolph J. Bernard announced.
