Future of Work Survey - Your voice matters. Though DOI remains in a maximum telework posture, we need your feedback as we safely transition our workplaces for the future. Take the employee survey or supervisor survey and help DOI leadership better understand the telework environment and how DOI can support the workforce. The survey will be open until June 4. Contact DOI_Office_of_Human_Resources@ios.doi.gov with questions. - Feds Feed Families (FFF) - FFF is launching June 1st and will run through August 31st. This year marks the 12th annual government-wide Feds Feed Families campaign, which encourages employees from all federal departments and agencies to give in-kind contributions -- food, services, and time -- to food banks and pantries. - CXO Fellows Application Deadline is June 11 - The CXO Fellowship Program is a competitive, professional development program for full-time, permanent federal employees in grades GS-9 through GS-13 who are currently working in acquisition/procurement, financial management/budget, human capital, information technology, and data functions. This year-long program offers the opportunity to grow professionally and build a diverse network of rising leaders from across the Federal Government. - DOI COVID-19 Testing Guidance - The purpose of this document is to provide testing guidance for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, for DOI employees and contractors in certain circumstances within select DOI workplaces.
- PB 21-06 Fair Labor Standards Act Overtime Pay Entitlement - Effective immediately, all Bureaus/Offices will use the new FLSA worksheet. This will assist efforts to strategically address classification and compensation consistency issues across DOI. Visit the Employee Benefits & Pay page for more information.
