Latest update from the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Mountain-Prairie Region Coyote at LaCreek National Wildlife Refuge 05/05/2021 12:23 PM EDT USFWS Mountain Prairie posted a photo: A coyote grab and dash of a Canada goose egg at LaCreek National Wildlife Refuge. The nest appeared to have been recently abandoned by the Canada geese adults, or they likely would have made a strong defense against the coyote. The egg may have been infertile and did not hatch with rest, leaving an opportunity for breakfast for the coyote.
