Orlando Man Sentenced To Federal Prison For Bank Fraud And Aggravated Identity Theft 05/05/2021 12:00 AM EDT Orlando, Florida – U.S. District Judge Roy B. Dalton has sentenced Ricardo Silva De Oliveira (33, Orlando) to 31 months in federal prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release, for bank fraud and aggravated identity theft. In addition, De Oliveira was ordered to pay $190,530 in restitution.
