E-Verify Records Disposal Date Extended

We're giving you more time to dispose your E-Verify records.

E-Verify Records Disposal Date Extended to June 4, 2021 On Feb. 17, 2021, E-Verify announced that USCIS will dispose of E-Verify records that are more than 10 years old, which are those dated on or before Dec. 31, 2010. The date for E-Verify employers to download case information from the Historic Records Report if they want to retain information about these E-Verify cases has been extended. E-Verify employers now have until June 4, 2021 to download the report.  For more information and guidance on downloading the Historic Records Report, see the fact sheet and instructions for downloading.
