May 05, 2021 BREAKING: Peloton recalls all treadmills over safety concerns, including death of a child Peloton is voluntarily recalling its Tread+ and Tread treadmill machines due to safety concerns, including dozens of incidents with small children including one death, the company announced Wednesday. Peloton's CEO also apologized for not withdrawing the products earlier, as the Consumer Product Safety Commission recommended last month.
