The incumbent will investigate and prosecute criminal violations of federal laws, primarily involving health care fraud. The selected applicant will work closely with federal, state and local law enforcement agents and medical experts to investigate and prosecute criminal health care fraud related to prescription opioid abuse, including pill mill schemes and pharmacies.
