Minnesota had the largest increase in employment from December 2020 to January 2021 03/18/2021 Nonfarm payroll employment increased significantly in 20 states in January 2021, decreased significantly in 2 states, and was essentially unchanged in 28 states and the District of Columbia. The largest job gains occurred in Minnesota (+51,800), New York (+42,700), and Pennsylvania (+35,700). HTML
