Mar 17, 2021 Suspect in deadly Atlanta-area spa shootings says he was motivated by sex addiction, sheriff says The suspect in the Atlanta-area spa shootings that left eight people dead Tuesday evening admitted to the killings and indicated he had a sexual addiction and saw the businesses as a temptation he needed to eradicate, officials said Wednesday. Six of the eight people who were killed appeared to be Asian women, officials said. The suspect told investigators that the attacks were not racially motivated.
