Highlights are below. Productivity decreases 4.2% in Q4 2020; unit labor costs increase 6.0% (annual rates) 03/04/2021 Productivity decreased 4.2 percent in the nonfarm business sector in the fourth quarter of 2020; unit labor costs increased 6.0 percent (seasonally adjusted annual rates).
