Orlando Man Pleads Guilty To Conspiring And Distributing Fentanyl-Laced Heroin 03/23/2021 12:00 AM EDT Orlando, Florida – Freddie Miguel Velez-Gonzalez (53, Orlando) has pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute more than 40 grams of fentanyl and more than 100 grams of heroin, and to six counts of distribution and possession with the intent to distribute controlled substances. Velez-Gonzalez faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 5 years, and up to 40 years, in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
