March 5, 2021 - PB 21-01 2021 Administratively Determined Pay Plan for Emergency Workers (3/3/2021) - The 2021 Department of the Interior Administratively Determined (AD) Pay Plan for Emergency Workers (enclosed) is effective immediately. It remains in effect until the 2022 AD Pay Plan for Emergency Workers is issued. All offices hiring under this authority should adhere to the provisions of this pay plan.
- Memo on Premium and Aggregate Pay Limitation (2/26/2021) - Effective January 3, 2021 through December 31, 2021 in Section 303 of Division M of the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260). This waiver is provided in support for services provided by employees deployed under the FEMA Mission Assignment to support an Emergency Support Function primarily related to the preparation, prevention, or response to the coronavirus in applying the premium pay cap.

- Excused Absence (Administrative Leave) for vaccinations (2/23/2021) - Employees may be granted up to four hours of Administrative leave for reach dose of vaccination.
- Request for CY 2020 Data on Student Loan Repayments (2/5/2021) - Agencies must submit an annual written report to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management on their use of student loan repayments during the previous calendar year as required by 5 U.S.C. 5379(h) by March 31, 2021.

Cummings Federal Employee Antidiscrimination Act of 2019 Overview and Discussion - The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Education Consortium (EdCon), cordially invites you to "The Learning Table" as we host a series of free training and networking webinars. The 2nd webinar features the Elijah E. Cummings Federal Employee Antidiscrimination Act of 2019 that requires each federal agency to establish a model Equal Employment Opportunity Program that is independent of the agency's Human Capital or General Counsel office, and it establishes requirements related to complaints of discrimination and retaliation in the workplace.
