| FDIC Makes Public February Enforcement Actions No Administrative Hearings Scheduled for April 2021 | | | WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in February. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for April 2021. The FDIC issued nine safety & soundness orders in February 2021. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of one order of prohibition under 8(e), one order assessing civil money penalties, three Section 19 orders, one modification of an 8(e) order of prohibition, two orders terminating consent orders, and one order terminating deposit insurance.
