The following Global Agricultural Information Network (GAIN) reports were released on Monday, February 22, 2021.   Czech Republic: The Virtual Czech Brew Master Webinar Focused on American Hops FAS Prague and the Beer Academy Czech Republic held the 4th Czech Brew Master webinar at the American Center Prague (AC) on December 1, 2020. The webinar educated 80 participants about American hops and encouraged them to experiment with the ingredient in new combinations and recipes. Due to measures put in place to control the spread of COVID-19, 2020 was a difficult year for the food and drink service sector in the Czech Republic, to which the craft beer industry is closely interconnected. Despite this challenge, the webinar concluded with lots of hope for future growth of the Czech craft beer scene. India: India - Clarifications on the FSSAI Genetically Modified-Free Certificate Order for Imported Food Products On February 8, 2021, the Government of India's Food Safety and Standards Authority (FSSAI) clarified that the implementation of the requirement for a Genetically Modified-Free Certificate for imported food products will apply to all consignments with a bill of lading dated March 1, 2021, and or after. The clarification further informs stakeholders about the permissible tolerance limit for the adventitious presence of genetically modified organisms (i.e., genetically engineered) at one percent. Earlier in its order of August 21, 2020, the FSSAI listed 24 food crops in Annexure 1 that are subject to this requirement. Morocco: Morocco Amends the Names and the Characteristics of Wheat Flour This report contains an unofficial translation of Ministry of Agriculture order # No. 2698-20 of Rabii I 18, 1442 (November 4, 2020), amending and supplementing Ministry of Agriculture order #No 2318-09 of Ramadan 7, 1430 (August 28, 2009). The order amends definitions for the names and characteristics of milled wheat grains. This measure has not been notified to the WTO. Poland: Grain and Feed Update Total Polish wheat, rye, mixed grains, triticale, barley, corn, and oat production in marketing year (MY) 2020/21 reached 3.3 million metric tons (MMT), a 15.5-percent increase over MY 2019/20. Favorable weather during the growing seasons combined with dry weather during the harvests lifted yields, production, and grain quality. In MY 2019/20, Polish wheat exports reached 4.2 MMT, more than double the level of exports from the previous year.
