Job Title:  Assistant Attorney General   Position Type: Regular Full-Time 
Location:  Office of the Attorney General, Department of General Services 300 W. Preston St., Suite 1304, Baltimore, Maryland. 
 
Description:  The Office of the Attorney General, Department of General Services, seeks applicants for a regular full-time Assistant Attorney General.  The Department of General Services (DGS) is charged with the procurement of commodities and services, energy, facilities maintenance, information technology, leased space by the State as lessee, the design and construction of State buildings and the acquisition and disposition of real property interests for the State of Maryland.  The successful candidate will handle real property transactions, particularly, he or she will be responsible for drafting and reviewing real estate documents, commercial leases, complicated titles, and provide general advice and legal assistance to the Department's Office of Real Estate.
