Dec 11, 2020 U.S. executes Alfred Bourgeois, the second federal inmate put to death in two days Alfred Bourgeois, a Louisiana man who was on death row for more than 15 years for the abuse and murder of his young daughter, was executed Friday evening. His death was the 10th federal execution this year and comes one day after Brandon Bernard was put to death after unsuccessful eleventh-hour appeals.
