Highlights are below. CPI for all items unchanged in October with component indexes mixed 11/12/2020 In October, the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers was unchanged on a seasonally adjusted basis; rising 1.2 percent over the last 12 months, not seasonally adjusted.
