Request for Information - October 29, 2020 Reminder: Deadline to Submit Comments on CDFI Certification Application, ACR, and CTLR is November 5th In May, the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) announced it was requesting public comment on proposed revisions to its Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Certification Application, Annual Certification and Data Collection Report (ACR), and a new Certification Transaction Level Report (CTLR). The 90-day period to submit comments expires November 5, 2020. The CDFI Fund has developed a dedicated page on its website with more information about the revised Application and reporting forms. Visit the page to access the Federal Register notices; read explanatory and reference material (including FAQs); and watch recorded webinars outlining the proposed changes to the CDFI Certification Application, ACR and the new CTLR. Additional information about the changes, and how to submit comments, is available via the link below. All comments must be submitted by November 5, 2020 to be considered by the CDFI Fund.
