'It was a mistake, not racist': CrossFit CEO steps down after inflammatory George Floyd comments

Greg Glassman, the founder and CEO of CrossFit, announced Tuesday that he is stepping down from the fitness empire after invoking George Floyd's name when complaining on Twitter about coronavirus public health orders that closed gyms. 

Reebok, a major sponsor, and affiliated gyms dropped their partnerships with CrossFit after the tweets.
