Harrison County man indicted on drug and firearms charges 03/03/2020 12:00 AM EST Frank Horner, III, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, was indicted today on drug and firearms charges, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced. Horner, age 27, is charged with one count of "Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine" and one count of "Unlawful Possession of Firearm." Monongalia County man indicted on drug and firearms charges 03/03/2020 12:00 AM EST Clay Westbrook, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was indicted today on drug and firearms charges, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced. Westbrook, age 38, is charged with two counts of "Distribution of Methamphetamine," one count of "Distribution of Cocaine Base," one count of "Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine," and one count of "Unlawful Possession of Firearm." Monongalia County man indicted on firearms charges 03/03/2020 12:00 AM EST Brian Cutright, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was indicted today on firearms charges, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced. Cutright, age 40, is charged with one count of "Unlawful Possession of Firearm" and one count of "Possession of Unregistered Firearm." Monongalia County man indicted on drug charges 03/03/2020 12:00 AM EST Lance McClendon, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was indicted today on drug charges, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced.
