Blake, of Moundsville, West Virginia, has admitted to a drug charge, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced. Blake, age 40, pled guilty to one count of "Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine." Ohio County woman admits to drug conspiracy 03/10/2020 12:00 AM EDT Terri Lea Blankenship, of Wheeling, West Virginia, has admitted to drug distribution, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced.
