Commerce would like to remind all ETS Grant applicants to submit a mandatory Letter of Intent (LOI) for ETS solicitation. The deadline is 3 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2020. In order to be eligible to submit a full application, you must submit an LOI. The LOI must be uploaded under the attachments tab of the ZoomGrants portal listed in Request for Applications Section 2.1. Applicants should use LOI template available via ZoomGrants portal. For more information, see section 2.4 in the Request for Applications (RFA Section 2.4). Please review the program materials listed on the ETS webpage.
