Issues include but are not limited to new battery needed, brakes worn, electrical problems, mechanical problems, scratches, starter bad and will not start. Vehicle will not start, windows will not roll up, radio will not play, has sat outside in the weather with windows rolled down since August 2019. Dents and scratches in the roof and passenger side fender, rear brake light broken. Must be towed or trailered.
