The head of a hospital in the Chinese city of Wuhan, the center of the coronavirus outbreak, has died from the disease, the city's health commission confirmed on Tuesday. The doctor, Liu Zhiming, 51, is the ninth known fatality among medical personnel battling the epidemic in China.
