Davenport Man Sentenced to More than 16 Years in Prison for Illegal Possession of Ammunition 02/26/2020 12:00 AM EST DAVENPORT, IA – On Wednesday, February 26, 2020, Zacharia Allen Clark, age 30, of Davenport, was sentenced by United States District Court Chief Judge John A.
