Lori Loughlin's attorney says new evidence exonerates her in college admissions scandal

Notes from the alleged mastermind of the massive college admissions cheating scheme, William "Rick" Singer, show that investigators sought to pressure him to lie and should therefore exonerate "Full House" actor Lori Loughlin and her fashion designer husband, the couple's attorneys said in a court filing Wednesday.

The motion came ahead of a scheduled Thursday status conference before a judge at which trial dates were to be set for Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli.
