Feb 21, 2020 BREAKING: Jury in the Weinstein trial says they're deadlocked on 2 charges; judge orders them to keep deliberating Jurors in the trial against Harvey Weinstein said Friday they are deadlocked on the two most serious counts against him, but have reached a decision on the other three charges. New York Supreme Court Judge James Burke ordered that any verdict must be unanimous. The once-powerful Hollywood mogul, 67, also faces one count each of first-degree rape and third-degree rape, and one count of a criminal sex act.
