BREAKING: Court rules Democrats lack legal standing to sue Trump over alleged emoluments violations

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled Friday that Democratic lawmakers don't have the right to sue President Donald Trump over business dealings with foreign governments.

The case is one of several lawsuits targeting Trump for alleged violations of the emoluments clause of the Constitution, which bars federal officials from taking payments from foreign governments without the consent of Congress.
