Jefferson County man and Virginia man indicted on drug charges 01/22/2020 12:00 AM EST Wayne Samuel Ellis Clyburn, Of Ranson, West Virginia, and Shawn Kendall Murray, of Gainesville, Virginia, were indicted today on drug charges, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced. Clyburn, age 51, was indicted on one count of "Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute and to Distribute Heroin, Cocaine Hydrochloride, and Marijuana," one count of "Possess with Intent to Distribute Cocaine Hydrochloride," one count of "Possess with Intent to Distribute Marijuana," and two counts of "Unlawful Use of Communication Facility." Eastern Panhandle man indicted on sex offender charge 01/22/2020 12:00 AM EST Dustin A. Parsons, of Kearneysville, West Virginia, was indicted today on a sex offender registry violation, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced. Parsons, age 33, is charged with one count of "Failure to Register." Mexican man indicted on immigration charge 01/22/2020 12:00 AM EST Eric Valdivia Del Valle, a citizen of Mexico, was indicted today on an illegal reentry charge, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced. Del Valle, age 33, is charged with one count of "Reentry of removed Aliens." Morgan County man indicted on child pornography charge 01/22/2020 12:00 AM EST Gunner Scott Young, of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, was indicted today on a child pornography charge, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced.
