Criminal Division assignments in this district may cover the full range of federal offenses, forfeiture, collections and responses to collateral attacks and appeals. Criminal Division AUSAs are responsible for substantial legal research and writing, both at the trial and appellate levels. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
