Jan 25, 2020 Hear the conversation: Recording appears to capture Trump calling for the U.S. ambassador's ouster without knowing her name President Donald Trump appears to speak at length with indicted Rudy Giuliani associates Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman in over an hour's worth of recording from a 2018 dinner obtained Saturday by NBC News, telling the men to remove then U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch from her post, without even knowing her name. In the recording, a voice that appears to be Parnas' tells Trump that the ambassador has been bad-mouthing him. Trump asks for her name, but Parnas claims he doesn't remember it.
