Vancouver Woman Sentenced to 14 Years in Federal Prison for Drug Trafficking in Two Cases 01/22/2020 12:00 AM EST Jefferson County man and Virginia man indicted on drug charges 01/22/2020 12:00 AM EST Wayne Samuel Ellis Clyburn, Of Ranson, West Virginia, and Shawn Kendall Murray, of Gainesville, Virginia, were indicted today on drug charges, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced. Clyburn, age 51, was indicted on one count of "Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute and to Distribute Heroin, Cocaine Hydrochloride, and Marijuana," one count of "Possess with Intent to Distribute Cocaine Hydrochloride," one count of "Possess with Intent to Distribute Marijuana," and two counts of "Unlawful Use of Communication Facility."
