BREAKING: Long-shot candidate Marianne Williamson quits the presidential race, saying, 'Love will prevail'

Self-help author Marianne Williamson on Friday dropped out of the 2020 Democratic presidential primary.

After a year of campaigning, Williams told supporters in an email that she couldn't win and didn't want to stand in the way of a progressive getting the nomination. Her main splash during the campaign came through viral moments during the first two Democratic debates, including when she said a "dark psychic force" had been created by President Donald Trump.
