Изменения в процедуре оформления иммиграционных виз для граждан ряда стран с высокой вероятностью зависимости от государственных пособий

Президент Трамп ясно дал понять, что иммигранты должны быть финансово самостоятельными и не быть финансовым бременем для американцев.  Государственный департамент проводит полный пересмотр всех правил, нормативных актов и руководящих указаний, чтобы гарантировать, что иммигранты из этих стран с высоким уровнем риска не будут пользоваться социальными пособиями в Соединенных Штатах и не станут обузой для общества.

Начиная с 21 января 2026 года, Государственный департамент приостанавливает выдачу иммиграционных виз всем заявителям, которые являются гражданами следующих стран:

Афганистан, Албания, Алжир, Антигуа и Барбуда, Армения, Азербайджан, Багамские острова, Бангладеш, Барбадос, Беларусь, Белиз, Бутан, Босния и Герцеговина, Бразилия, Бирма, Камбоджа, Камерун, Кабо-Верде, Колумбия, Кот-д'Ивуар, Куба, Демократическая Республика Конго, Доминика, Египет, Эритрея, Эфиопия, Фиджи, Гамбия, Грузия, Гана, Гренада, Гватемала, Гвинея, Гаити, Ирак, Иран, Иордания, Казахстан, Косово, Кувейт, Кыргызская Республика, Лаос, Ливан, Либерия, Ливия, Молдова, Монголия, Марокко, Непал, Никарагуа, Нигерия, Северная Македония, Пакистан, Республика Конго, Россия, Руанда, Сент-Китс и Невис, Сент-Люсия, Сент-Винсент и Гренадины, Сенегал, Сьерра-Леоне, Сомали, Южный Судан, Суданская республика, Сирия, Танзания, Таиланд, Того, Тунис, Уганда, Уругвай, Узбекистан и Йемен

Часто задаваемые вопросы

Что произойдет, если мне уже назначено собеседование для получения иммиграционной визы?

Заявители на иммиграционную визу, являющиеся гражданами указанных стран, могут подавать заявления на получение визы и присутствовать на собеседованиях, и Департамент продолжит записывать заявителей на собеседования, но во время действия этой приостановки иммиграционные визы гражданам этих стран выдаваться не будут

Существуют ли какие-либо исключения?

Действие правила о приостановке выдачи иммиграционных виз не распространяется на подающих заявление лиц с двойным гражданством, имеющих действительный паспорт страны, не указанной среди перечисленных выше стран.

Повлияет ли это на мою текущую действующую визу?

Ни одна иммиграционная виза не была аннулирована в соответствии с настоящим руководящим указанием. С вопросами, касающимися въезда в Соединенные Штаты, следует обращаться в Министерство внутренней безопасности.

Применяется ли это правило к туристическим визам?

Нет, это правило о приостановке применяется исключительно к заявителям на иммиграционную визу. Туристические визы не являются иммиграционными визами.

 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Ian William Moses, 35, of Mesa, Arizona, was sentenced Jan. 13, 2026, by U.S. District Judge Diane J. Humetewa to 60 months of imprisonment, the mandatory minimum, followed by 36 months of supervised release, for setting fire to a Tesla vehicle and a Tesla dealership in Mesa, Arizona, on April 28, 2025. Restitution will be determined at a hearing set for April 13, 2026.
