Understanding This Risk Pyramid Could Save Your Trading Account

Hey everyone — Jack here with your Friday update.

I want to share something that could completely change the way you think about your trading account. It’s called the Capital Allocation Risk Pyramid, and it’s all about matching your position size to the level of risk in each strategy. If you’ve ever blown up an account or wondered why your winners never seem to stick, this framework will fix that.

Here’s the breakdown:

💥 Buying Options — Highest risk. Allocate just 0.1% per trade — 90% of these lose 100%.

📈 Buying Stocks — Still risky. Stick to 1–2% of your account.

💰 Selling Options — More stable. Use 3–5% depending on setup (credit spreads, covered calls, naked puts).

🏦 Dividend Stocks — Lower risk. This is where I keep the bulk of my capital.

🔒 Risk-Free Rate — The base layer (3-month T-bill). Everything above this carries risk.

This Market Anomaly Has Delivered More Returns That the Usual Income Plays

I’ve got a confession...

After moving over a billion dollars as a Nasdaq market maker…

And running a hedge fund with zero losing months…

I thought I’d seen it all in the market.

Until recently, when I stumbled on an “Income Glitch.”

You see, this anomaly blew anything I’ve ever done out of the water — and humbled me.

Because the Glitch is a trigger that lets traders who are in the know target income from stocks most people would never expect…

Often delivering 50-100% more juice than the usual income plays.

In October alone, while headlines kept talking about the government shutdown…

This same “Income Glitch” kept firing…  handing out five separate payouts in a single month.

And since April, this anomaly has quietly cut through every bit of market noise and been behind a 26-trade win streak.

Now, I can’t share the full breakdown here. That’s why I’ve cleared my schedule and pushed everything aside for Monday.

I’m going live to walk you through this “Income Glitch” from top to bottom LIVE at 1 p.m. ET…

I’ll reveal the newest opportunity that’s just been triggered, and you’ll see how to leverage this glitch for your trades.

Naturally, I can’t make reckless guarantees when it comes to trading, but…

If that sounds like something you’d want to see…

We develop tools and strategies to the best of our ability but no one can guarantee the future.  There is always a risk of loss when trading. Past Performance is not indicative of future results. Since the “Cash Flow Agent” is a tool designed to help traders make informed trading decisions, the results will vary for each user as there are multiple trades to choose from. The strategy is designed to shoot for payouts around 10% on each trade with a goal to have a high win rate. We cannot guarantee any future results. What you will see today are some of the best examples over the last few months.  There were bigger winners, there were smaller winners and there were losers. Trade at your own risk
