Most guys don't want to talk about it…

But men with diabetes are 3X more likely to get erectile dysfunction...

So let's not pretend like all is well in the bedroom when the truth is... diabetes is waging war on your manhood right now.

The tricky part is...

You can't treat diabetes-induced ED like you would "normal" ED.

"Normal" erectile dysfunction can be helped with certain diet changes, drugs, or in some cases maybe pumps or rings…

But diabetes-induced ED is a nightmare of its own that requires a totally unique and different approach...

And it's actually very simple and easy…

And it's something that ANY man can use from the comfort of his own home to get the rock-hard firmness and reliability that's been missing for years.

See how thousands of other men are restoring that high-school backseat love-making passion into their marriage in a matter of days using a strange Biblical ingredient that you may have in your house right now…

Before you go - must read: "Keep Your Heart Healthy by Skipping These Groceries"

In today's fast-paced society, we don't always make the healthiest decisions regarding our diet. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, nine out of 10 Americans consume too much sodium, which increases their risk of developing heart conditions. Added sugars and saturated fats can also present serious problems down the line.

Sometimes, it feels like the rules of healthy eating are far too many to remember. However, every baby step counts. So, start by removing the following foods from your future grocery lists for a healthier heart.

Diet Sodas

Those looking to control their sugar intake may reach for diet alternatives in the drinks aisle. However, these beverages may be just as bad for you. Full of artificial sweeteners, diet soda will make your insulin levels spike, increasing your hunger and causing you to overeat.

Certain Low-Fat Foods

Are low-fat foods unhealthy? It may sound counterintuitive, but many low-fat foods do more harm than good. For instance, peanuts are full of healthy fats, so going for low-fat peanut butter will deprive you of these beneficial perks. To add insult to injury, the low-fat variant may even contain added sugars.

Condiments

Condiments are a great way to add some taste to healthy foods, right? Not necessarily. Ketchup and other condiments can be full of sugar and sodium, and you might be inadvertently packing your healthy meal with them. The solution? Make your own ketchup, and you'll know exactly what's in it.

Canned Soups

Another item to remove from your grocery list is canned soups. While they may offer convenience, canned soups can increase your blood pressure with their high sodium content. Increased blood pressure is one of the biggest risk factors for developing heart disease, so look for less salty options or try making your own soups.

There's always room for improvement when it comes to our eating habits – making better-informed decisions while grocery shopping is a great start.

Fat mom thrown off train

But she got REVENGE...

Hi,

It's Linda. :-)

What happened to this poor mother and her daughter is horrifying

She weighed over 400lbs…

And was THROWN off the train for being "too fat."

If you've ever dealt with a hanging belly, love handles, or flabby arms, then I'm sure you've felt the deep shame and embarrassment this woman felt at that very moment.

Honestly, you won't believe what the kid next to her said…

It was so cruel…

So mean…

It left this woman sobbing in tears.

The video of the incident can be watched here.

Just be warned –

It may make you very angry…

Especially if you've ever felt your stomach sink the moment some nasty jerk or even family members joke about your own body fat in public.

But even more shocking…

What this mother did next left everyone STUNNED.

It was the perfect revenge…

And now, I don't think those awful bullies will ever mess with her again.

Anyway, if you've ever been overweight and filled with dread at the thought of bumping into anyone who might ask "when are you due?"

Or if a sagging belly has led you to being "fat shamed" …

I think you'll enjoy this video...

By the way - the best part happens at the 2:27 mark of the video, when she takes off her clothes and everyone's jaw hits the floor! (don't worry, it's safe for work)

To your health,

Linda
