Sexual misconduct allegation against Elon Musk likely won't affect his deal to buy Twitter, experts say

A report on a sexual misconduct allegation against Elon Musk is unlikely to affect the billionaire's deal to buy Twitter, according to experts. It is theoretically possible but very unlikely that the allegation could cause Twitter shareholders to reject the acquisition in their upcoming vote, one business law professor said.
