Panama City Felon Sentenced for Unlawfully Possessing Firearms 04/02/2026 08:00 AM EDT Tallahassee, Florida – Orinthian Frazier, 46, of Panama City, Florida, was sentenced to four years' imprisonment for unlawfully possessing firearms as a convicted felon.
