FEDERAL CHARGES FILED AGAINST PANAMA CITY MAN FOR TRAFFICKING IN METHAMPHETAMINE 07/09/2025 08:00 AM EDT PANAMA CITY, FLORIDA – Calvin Eugene Williams, 25, of Panama City, Florida, has been indicted in federal court for trafficking in methamphetamine on two separate occasions.  OKALOOSA COUNTY MAN SENTENCED FOR POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE 07/09/2025 08:00 AM EDT PENSACOLA, FLORIDA – Malcolm Jamal Norvilus, 39, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, was sentenced on July 1, 2025, to 120 months in federal prison after previously pleading guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute 50 Grams or More of Methamphetamine.
