Palestinian Nationals Charged With Unlawful Possession Of Firearms And Ammunition 05/06/2025 08:00 AM EDT Tampa, Florida – United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announces the  unsealing of indictments charging Mohammed Aburidi (24, Palestinian) and Tareq Aburidi (19, Palestinian) with possessing firearms and ammunition as aliens admitted to the United States on nonimmigrant visas. If convicted, each faces a maximum penalty of 15 years in federal prison.  Jamaican National Sentenced To Five Years In Federal Prison For Illegal Reentry 05/06/2025 08:00 AM EDT Tampa, Florida – U.S. District Judge Richard A. Lazzara has sentenced Hubert Richard Crew (55, Jamaica) to five years in federal prison for illegal reentry by an aggravated felon. Crew pleaded guilty on February 13, 2025.
