Hancock County Man Admits to Methamphetamine Trafficking 05/14/2025 08:00 AM EDT Lawrence James Reagan, age 40, of Colliers, West Virginia, has admitted to the distribution of methamphetamine. According to court documents, Reagan, also known as "Larry," sold methamphetamine in Hancock County. Jefferson County Man Admits to Role in Drug Trafficking Operation in Eastern Panhandle 05/14/2025 08:00 AM EDT Matthew David Viands, age 32, of Summit Point, West Virginia, has admitted to his role in a drug trafficking organization that distributed fentanyl and other illicit drugs in the Eastern Panhandle.
