E-Verify is Temporarily Unavailable E-Verify is temporarily not available due to technical difficulties. While E-Verify is unavailable, employers will not be able to fully access their E-Verify accounts and process cases. Employers must continue to complete and retain the Form I-9 for every person hired to work for pay in the U.S. within the required timeframes.
